At Eland Motors, we value the services we provide for you; to provide these services, as with everything in life and business, some things may not go as planned. To take the best care of our customers, we provide warranties and refunds; please review the warranty and refund policy below as you consider your vehicle purchase. ​Refund Policy:

 

​Addendum A

 

Specific to Addendum A, and to the sales agreement, Eland Motors generally agrees to a 6 month, 6,000 mile engine and transmission warranty or a 3 month, 3000 mile engine and transmission warranty.

The warranty covers repair and or replacement to any damages to the engine or transmission caused by natural operations within the state of Texas in a 100 mile radius of the vehicle owner’s address on file.

 

Warranty Exeptions

 

Failure to routinely maintain the vehicle; oil changes and filer changes every 3,000 miles, proper fluid and transmission levels, and failure to report issues within 24 hours of incident will void warranty.

Body damage on the vehicle of sizes greater than a quarter will void warranty.

An accident involving the vehicle will void warranty.

 

Damages & Lossess

 

If the vehicle is totallly damaged or is lost or stolen, customer holds responsibility for paying any balance remaining on any payment agreement pertaining to the vehicle.

 

Refund Policy

 

Eland Motors provides the customer with the ability to request a refund on 2 terms.

 

Condition A

• The customer reserves a 3-day right of refusal, and will be guaranteed a full refund with the reduction of delivery fees and depreciation use of $150 - per day and a flat restock fee of $150.00

 

Condition B

• The customer reserves a full refund at any time within 12 – months after the purchase of the vehicle with the following deductions to the purchase price

  • Delivery fee and depreciation of $150 – per day up to 3 days from the date of purchase

  • Mileage deduction which includes wear and tear of $0.69 per mile from the recorded mileage at purchase date

  • Restock Fee of $500.00
